Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy Cancellations will only be accepted 60 days before the scheduled course date (cancellation fee may apply). Rescheduling will be allowed 45 days before the scheduled course date (rescheduling fee may apply). The number of students per class is limited and therefore there are NO REFUNDS if you miss the class or cannot attend. It is important to make sure you are available for the given course when you sign up for your course. If you miss your class and wish to rebook the course for another date, you will have to pay the full course fee again.
Late Policy Registration prior to the start of the class will be conducted 30 minutes before the set start time. Courses have a mandated number of course hours and late comers will not be allowed to take the course. No exceptions.
Age Policy The following minimum age restrictions apply for the following courses:
Canadian Firearm Safety Course - Must be at least 12 years of age (must have written consent from parent/legal guardian)
Canadian Restricted Firearm Safety Course - Must be at least 18 years of age to take the examination (must be 12 years of age to take the course).
Intro to the AR platform - Must be at least 18 years of age and a valid RPAL is required
Level 1, 2, 3 Live Fire Pistol Courses - Must be at least 18 years of age and successful completion of the Canadian Restricted Firearm safety Course is required.

Impairment Policy Instruction will not be given, or an examination will not be conducted, if the person being instructed or examined appears to be under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, narcotics, and/or any substance leading to impairment. Alcohol, cannabis, narcotics, and/or any substance leading to impairment shall not be present in any room where firearms instruction is being given or where an examination is being administered.
Class Disruption Policy If an instructor/examiner is unable to continue with a class or examination because of a disruptive person, the instructor shall direct the person to leave the class or examination room. If the person refuses to leave as directed by the instructor, the instructor shall contact the local policing authority to provide assistance.
Cell phone, Photography and Recording Policy Both photography and video or audio recording of any of the facilities, training or examinations will not be permitted. During the training courses and examinations, cell phones are to be stowed away/outside of the classroom/training area.
Live ammunition/Firearm Policy Persons with a firearms prohibition orders will not be allowed to partake in training. If this is discovered prior or on the day of the course, those candidates will be excused from the course. No live ammunition or firearms are to be brought to the Canadian Firearm Safety Course or the Canadian Restricted Firearm safety Course. All required training equipment will be provided to those two courses.
